The Birth Company required a new modernised website and a strong online presence to appeal to its target audience. The new website needed to be search engine friendly, responsive and secure as per new Google Guidelines. As part of the website, a new booking system was required for online patient bookings, allowing bookings to be made to both their London clinic and their new clinic in Cheshire. An array of online marketing strategies were requested to boost online enquiries and increase footfall into both clinics.
The Birth Company signed onto our Platinum CIMS partnership to ensure a strong web presence, deliver a firm return on investment and build on the clinics success. This partnership included close work with many of our Chits specialists to ensure all avenues of marketing and web design were explored to ensure strategic business growth for the clinic.
A new responsive website was designed, created and launched with a core focus on Pregnancy Scans and Ultrasound appointments. This included a custom-built Trimester Chart and an end to end Online Booking system. The booking system incorporated the clinic diary, staff timings and patient satisfaction. An SMS text message system was embedded in the booking system to remind patients and staff of upcoming appointments.
The new responsive website was built to be SEO friendly in order to promote organic traffic to the website. Chits provided video and photo shoots to further enhance the website content and personalise the page to The Birth Company. A review system was incorporated into the website framework to encourage patients to leave reviews and allow potential patients to read previous reviews.
Google PPC and Facebook paid ad campaigns were utilised to improve website engagement and tap into new and wider audiences. Success of the strategy was reported on through monthly site performance meetings.
