CHITS announce "NEW SITE HACK SECURITY PROTOCOL"

22-Jan-2011

Further to the new upgraded dedicated hosting platform CHITS announce a short while ago and to continue with CHITS theme for 2011 "safe, secure and stable internet use for all" CHITS announce a new protocol for all its staff on how to take action when a website has been hacked.

Jay Shah (CHITS UK) headed the security team at CHITS to develop this protocol. He insisted that all members from our front line client facing team through to the developers and programmers working in the back office should all be trained on how to react when a site is hacked.

Various team training days were planned over the last few months to ensure everyone understands the protocol, the process and the expected outcome.

Jay commented "once again CHITS are pleased to lead the way in maintaining clients website security above all else"
